Do you only carry wedding gowns?
Besides wedding gowns, we have evening gowns, Chinese gowns, veils, headpieces, and belts.
What do I need to bring to my bridal appointment?
For your bridal appointment, it's a good idea to bring along the following items:
1. Any inspiration or photos of wedding dresses you like.
2. Proper undergarments, such as a strapless bra or shape wear, to try on dresses with.
3. Accessories you may want to try with the dresses, such as a veil or hairpiece.
5. A trusted friend or family member whose opinion you value and trust.
These items will help ensure that you have a successful and enjoyable bridal appointment.

Do you provide other wedding services?
Yes. We work side-by-side with experienced wedding planners, gown designers, seamstresses, photographers, videographers, bridal make-up artists and florist, MC, DJ to create the unparalleled wedding. Our wedding package can be fully customized.

GOWN RENTAL
How do I reserve a dress for rent?
After choosing a gown, there's a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure it for your event, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of gown pick-up. We accept cash and all major credit cards. After your gown reservation is confirmed, our stylist will assist you to schedule a follow up appointment.
Do I have to get the dress cleaned myself if I rent a dress?
Cleaning is included in the rental fee. A $500 security deposit for each dress is required at the time of pick-up. This deposit is to replace a lost or damaged dress.
How long can I rent the dress?
We provide flexibility for brides to pick up and return the rental gown. Our rental period is 4 days for each event. We charge a daily fee for delayed returns. For destination weddings, we're happy to discuss options for rental extension. If you plan to wear the same gown in multiple events such as civil ceremony, photo shoot, and wedding day, we would recommend purchase option.

When should I reserve my bridal gown?
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we recommend placing an order or reserving your gown at least 6 weeks before your weddings/events. However, if you wedding is coming up in a week, we might be able to place a rush order for you. We kindly request that you check the availability with our bridal stylist if your wedding day is within the next 4 weeks.

What if the gown I love doesn't fit me perfectly, if I rent a gown?
A one-time standard alteration is included with your rental. You may also consider to order a brand new dress in your size.
GOWN PURCHASE
What is the price range for purchasing a wedding gown?
Our wedding gown purchase price ranges between $980-2300. We also offer sample sale at a great price.
When should I order my wedding gown?
To avoid feeling rushed, we recommend you order your wedding gown 7 months before the wedding. Wedding gowns are made-to-order. In general, production time is 3-5 months.

How do I know my size in bridal gown?
Our bridal consultant will get your measurements and suggest a good size for your bridal gown order. We also provide HTH size (dress length) option. Additional cost will apply on the change of the dress length hemline.

Do I need alteration when I purchase a bridal gown?
Most of the brides would need alterations. The best thing for purchasing a bridal gown with AT ROMANCE is that our in house seamstress can take care of minor alteration without an additional cost. You will save hundreds in alterations. Additional cost will apply on the change of the dress length hemline. Fit is highly personal and nearly impossible to get 100% perfect. If our alteration does not meet your expectation, we can refer you to see other seamstress with additional cost.

Do you have a buyback option if my wedding gown is purchased here?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have a buyback option for wedding dresses due to our inventory management. However, there are alternative options available if you're looking to sell your gown.

CUSTOM GOWN
How long does it take to customize a wedding gown?
A custom gown design will take around 4 to 6 months depending on the difficulty of designing detailed gowns. We do not charge a rush fee. However, if your wedding date is less than 4 months away, we might be able to accommodate depending on the selection of material and design details. We only take a limited number of custom design orders each month.
What is the price range for customizing a wedding gown?
Our custom gowns range from $1280 - $2800. For custom gown order under $2000, we would require a full payment of the gown, as we start to work on your gown design right after your order is confirmed. If the purchase is over $2000, 70% payment is required. Remaining payment will be due at the time of first dress fitting.

What is the process for customizing a wedding gown?
After the gown design is confirmed, we will process the order. Most of the dress styles are made-to-measure. We try our best to minimize your additional cost for alteration. For custom wedding dress, if your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than 2 inches, please feel free to contact us for options. However, additional alteration is not included if measurement differs from the specifications by less than 1 inch.

Is the custom gown made-to-measure?
For custom gown order, we can personalize your gown to exactly the way they want, and it will be made-to-measure. Made-to-measure means that the dress proportion will be made according to your body measurements. You will save hundreds in alterations. However, fit is highly personal and nearly impossible to get 100% perfect. AT Romance would cover standard alterations for your gown. Adjustments are seam lines at waist, hips, bust, shoulder etc. If our alteration does not meet your expectation, we can refer you to see other seamstress with additional cost.
