Mei was very attentive in listening to what I need and offered very good suggestions. I'm pretty laid back about the whole process and frankly didn't do much research on wedding gowns. We were planning for a simple ceremony at SF City Hall and would like to have some photos. Knowing that the gown is mostly for photoshoot in the City Hall, she made the perfect suggestion to pick the grandest gown with the longest train. (She said, pick one that looks better in photos, instead of the one that looks better in person. Also, long train looks best with City Hall photoshoot - given I'm not having in-person gathering and the dress is really just for the photoshoot) The dress I picked wasn't my instant favorite, there was another one that I liked better in terms of the details. But Mei was right, the dress she recommended looked so grand and amazing in the the photos! My friends were shocked by how great the dress looks. I was pretty indecisive and tried on several dress... and then retried 2 or 3 dresses again. Mei was patient and attentive the whole time. She's the sweetest!
Make up and hair was done well - Maggie was being a perfectionist with my makeup. I thought it was good enough but she insisted in making it better... well I'm certainly not complaining! Ethan is easy and fun to work with. He knows all the great spots for photoshoot in City Hall. Mei and the crew is extremely familiar with the process in City Hall. We just trusted him and let him take us to different spots. We booked a 2 hour session (including the ceremony). We were kinda tired near the end and were happy with the photos we got and were happy to call it, but Ethan was still very enthusiastic to take us to more spots to take photos! The photos were delivered within 2-3 weeks and they were so lovely.
Overall, I am just so happy I used their service. The one stop shop process makes it so much easier for me. And frankly the dress, hair-do, makeup and photos were all fantastic. We are very happy customers for sure and would enthusiastically recommend them."

"May and her team go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I first found AT Romance by searching about city hall weddings and their city hall package caught my eye. The price point is an amazing value, an after my wedding I believe that even more!
From the beginning, May was extremely responsive and provided all the details about cost, planning, and schedule for the day of. I was a little nervous about dress shopping and trying them on but it was fun! May gives great feedback and suggestions and will work with you to find what you love. Her dress selection is GORGEOUS and great selection where I didn't feel too overwhelmed!
For my makeup and hair I had Maggie, who was excellent and very skilled. She was very prepared and managed the tight schedule without any issues. I also have really long and thick hair and she magically got it into an elegant updo! I received many compliments on my hair and makeup from family and strangers on the day of!
Our photographer at City Hall was Angus. I was very impressed from the start when he organized and planned a schedule for our first look, even with a nice diagram of where to meet and stand. We are very inexperienced with photoshoots and very nervous but Angus was so friendly, funny, and had amazing ideas to guide us! He knows city hall inside and out, managed us through the summer tourists and other couples to get great shots, and even has great relationships with other photographers we met! My whole family loved working with him and want to book him for their own photos!

"This is the best bridal studio I could have asked for. Mei is super friendly and professional. She gave the honest advice and affordable price. Also, she was patient about every questions I had asked. The studio environment was clean and dresses were all super elegant and pretty.

"We got the photography package at AT Romance and it was a wonderful experience! The gowns were exquisite, featuring a variety of styles from classic to modern, ensuring that every bride can find her ideal dress.
May (bridal stylist) : she's incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, providing us with great recommendations. She also went out of her way and came to our wedding ceremony at SF city hall when she realized we forgot our bridal veil.
Cecelia: who did our makeup, also did an amazing job. The makeup lasted all day and looked amazing in the photos.

"After getting engaged, I was on the lookout for places to rent wedding dresses and I stumbled upon this highly reviewed studio. I'm so happy that I did the City Hall wedding package with them because it made planning so easy and all the vendors involved provided top notch service.
May, the bridal stylist, helped with the wedding gown selection. She was so patient with me and responsive to all my concerns. She gave great recommendations with the veils for stunning photos and I was able to find the perfect dress.
Cecilia, the makeup artist, was punctual and thorough in her work. There was no trial included in the package so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I showed her what I wanted and boy, did she deliver! She gave me exactly what I wanted down to the last detail and I received so many compliments.
Jack, the photographer (and his assistant), were phenomenal. They were so easy to work with and kind. They took their time and gave us a a variety of shots. We were gifted some sneak peak polaroids and I can't wait to see the real photos.
