Made-to-Order

All veils are made to order. Standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and full payment is received. Production times are estimates and may vary during peak wedding seasons.

If you require your veil sooner, please contact AT ROMANCE at (415) 613-9991 to check the earliest available production timeline. Rush production may be available depending on our current schedule.

Shipping & Pickup

Customers may choose one of the following delivery options:

• Store Pickup: Complimentary pickup at our San Bruno showroom. We will notify you once your veil is ready for pickup.
• U.S. Domestic Shipping: Shipping is available within the United States. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery after production is complete. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Because each veil is custom made specifically for you, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

Product Variations

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography, and the handmade nature of our veils, slight variations in color, lace placement, beading, or embroidery may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Ordering Timeline

To ensure your veil arrives in time for your wedding, we recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date. This allows sufficient time for production, shipping (if applicable), and any unexpected delays.
