As all of our concerns are towards the pandemic of COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how AT Romance will work with our brides. The safety and health of our community, including our brides, is always top priority to us.

We are now open! In-store appointments are available. And of course we are taking precautions for safety of everyone when we welcome our brides and guests here. We are also offering virtual appointment and in home try on option that bring our stylist to you. You can select the perfect bridal look from home. Held via Zoom, your one-on-one appointment will include 60 minutes of live shopping with our stylist.

If you've reserved your wedding gown with AT ROMANCE, and your wedding will need to be postponed due to the COVID-19, please feel free to contact us to reschedule your reservation. For gown orders, our design team is in operation and is not being affected. All orders are currently on schedule. We have been keeping our brides updated on the order.
To keep our customers, and community safe. We've implemented a set of new experience guidelines for in-store appointments. The cleanliness of our studio is top priority for us. We have increased the frequency and extent of the deep cleanings. We clean and sanitize touched objects like slippers, fixtures, gowns, hangers, and fitting areas throughout the day. Our hope is to make your dress fitting experience easy, and comfortable. We are putting the best effort to protect our bride-to-be and her friends and families. To facilitate social distancing, we are limiting the total number of attendees per appointment to three (you + two guests.) All customers will be required to bring and wear masks during the appointment. Each appointment is private. Walk-in customers will be advised to schedule a future appointment.
